I would definitely recommend the apartment. Exactly how the pictures showed it. Great location, very nice apartment exactly how it is described. The company Coffs Coast, who managed/owned it weren’t great, most of their messages were copied and pasted, I didn’t find them very friendly or helpful. Two questions I had they didn’t bother to answer. Dealing with private owners have been a lot friendlier.

Fantastic Location in Sawtell on main street. Apartment was great size with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - very modern and clean and great size balcony. Only down sides are 3 codes to get in - one for gate, one for building and then if you want to use lock box for key to apartment (or you can take with you). This may be a positive for many as then don't need to take any keys with you, but then have to remember 3 x 4 digit codes. Great that apartment has ducted air conditioning, but you can either have it on in living areas OR bedrooms and not both and also have to have on in both bedrooms or not at all.

Very convenient - close to all the cafes & restaurants. 2 min barefoot walk to the beach. Very modern & clean. It’s on the Main Street but set back so it’s quiet. North facing - good big balcony but it looks out over a quiet carpark. We would stay again. Convenient, clean and quiet

Love Sawtell , stayed a few times . This accomodation was great - location , great unit . Will be back to stay at Rockpools
