Sam’s place was great for a few days in LA! Very clean, had all the necessities, perfect location from Santa Monica beach with great restaurants in walkable distance, right next to the promenade. I felt relatively safe in the area. Comfortable bed, the sofa bed is more of a futon but manageable to sleep on. Very appreciative for the garage parking! It was great for a stay in LA with my girls, ~20 mins from everything without traffic.

THE BEST PLACE TO STAY. Incredible place, incredible location and include parking. I am 100% staying at sams and amber place next time I am in LA.

Overall had a good stay here. Pros: location, parking, responsiveness to requests, tv was great with YouTubeTV, Netflix etc., stocked with coffee, nice to have parking although it’s a tight parking structure to get in so be careful not to scratch your car Cons: Check-in was cumbersome and initially had to wait for the host 30-45 mins to let us in and it happen to be raining that day, the path from the parking space to the unit is maze-like so takes a few times to get used to, couple lights were out but hosts were responsive and got us new light bulbs, Santa Monica itself has some homeless and heard them in the alley from the unit during the night so just be alert (likely not unit specific, just Santa Monica in general) Would stay again.
