Flat was in a very convenient location in town for us with on street parking. Inside was as we required for our weekend stay. Bed was very comfortable. We even enjoyed a visit from a local seagull both mornings at our window.

Very homely, couple of minor problems that Phil and partner sorted out immediately. Comfortable clean accommodation. Loved our stay, and wouldn’t hesitate to stop here again. Thanks Phil, 110%.

Stayed at Phil’s for work in area. Clean tidy and warm enough. 👍

Bring earplugs, the outside noise is bad on the weekend. Shower was cool to lukewarm. The WiFi was very slow. Didn’t communicate on the shower issue. Other than the above it was an okay deal.
