The cottage has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed, 2 bathrooms, a washer and dryer, kitchen and living space combo, Wi-Fi, and a 55'' TV with cable. The cottage also has a peaceful deck next to the front door. The cottage is located in Sea Palms, a residential community on St Simons Island and home to the Sea Palms Golf Resort. The cottage is less than a 5 minute walk to the Resort. The Executive Golf Villas are one level homes (13 in total), all connected by a boardwalk path. The area is quiet and peaceful. Each bedroom in the cottage is supplied with bed linens, 4 sets of towels, tissues, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. Four beach towels are available in the main closet. The following two items may be available upon request: Child's Pack 'n Play Air Mattress Beach Chairs (2) The cottage's kitchen has dinnerware for 6, pots, pans, an apron, kitchen towels, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher soap, and a roll of paper towels. Coffee filters are also available for the drip coffee machine. The fire extinguisher is under the kitchen sink. We require that all pets be pre-approved. It is the pet owner's responsibility to have the pet leashed while walking outside of the unit, as well as to pick up and dispose of all waste in the large blue dumpster at the far end of the parking lot.
