First off, the location was super convenient. Right next to metro Snowdon, grocery stores, bank and all kinds of amenities. I was running behind schedule, but we were provided with very clear check in instructions, so we could do it with no trouble. The host was very polite, helpful and understanding as it tends to get a little noisy when we travel with our toddler. We had a really comfortable stay.

The room was OK, but not what was expected and shown on the photos. The description didn't match the reality (a single bed instead of double bed, the room was narrow, a little bit noisy, the kitchen was not really clean but I guess because of the other roommates. The host was OK, the communication was a little bit complicated with her. Overall, for 500$ca it's much than ok, but the fact that this host gave me the wrong room, disappointed me. I would never go back there.

The please was clean, organized and comfortable. It had a great shower and the heater was good. It was close to the métro, supermarket, pharmacie, and restaurants. The host answered every message really fast and fixed anything really fast too. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to other people.

La 1ère chose anormale est que cette hôte se présente avec un nom uniquement en caractères chinois. Lorsque je lui ai demandé une facture suite à sa demande de lui verser 100$ en liquide pour une nuit supplémentaire (j'avais payé 28$/j pour la semaine précédente) elle a refusé de me donner son nom, l'adresse de son entreprise ainsi qu'un tampon officiel sous prétexte qu'elle n'en avait pas... Le simple carnet de factures a été acheté par sa femme de ménage le matin même. En outre, elle était toujours très polie très courtoise et serviable, répondant rapidement à mes messages, même à minuit.
