I cannot complain much. When I arrived I was first worried that I wouldn't be able to sleep because its an old house and you hear the doors, but I actually slept very well and was not woken up (I am a light sleeper). The facilities were all very clean. There was a bit of an issue with the heater being too hot, but Andras replied very fast and I was able to solve it. I think it's a good quality accommodation for the price. Would book again. The only sad thing was that the coffee machine was broken during the stay, but that's just an extra which would have been extra nice, haha.

An average place, hv better experience elsewhere with similar price. Andras is very responsive but I don't think he knows the condition of the property well. There are 2 toilets but only 1 bath. Can't flush paper towel down the toilet, have to throw in the bin, the pedal of the bin is so small, always hv to try several times to open it. Water pressure not good. Kitchen is quite equipped, even has the Brita water filter jug but I didn't use because it didn't look clean, full of water stain. Kettle as well, saw a layer of oil floating on the water. Room wise, the floor was a bit sticky tho in house slipper is provided so it's still fine. Bed is below average of comfort. Curtain is not room-darkening. The portable fan provided is useful for Spring but I doubt it is enough for Summer. Hairdryer was of sharing during my stay but it wasn't working well so I couldn't dry my hair tho Andras attempted to send new hairdryer during the day I check out which is kinda pointless.

Andra’s place is more like a small quality hotel than many ABB’s I’ve stayed in London - it’s fabulous! It’s immaculately clean, has everything you could need including a good laundry, all accessories, designated fridge space and a well equipped kitchen. My room was spacious, super clean too, quiet and even had a blanket which I appreciated. Andras was very fast and helpful answering my questions I will definitely stay again and highly recommend his place.

I spent 2 nights in the room. I found it cozy and with everything I needed, as in the listing. There were even USB outlets on the wall, so I didn't need an adapter to charge my phone. From the room, you can hear other guests walking/talking/doing something in the kitchen, but honestly, I only was in my room at night and was so tired I didn't bother at all. It also depends on the other guests of course, in my case everything was all right. There are no noises coming from the street. The shared bathroom was in order and clean. Shower was pretty good. I didn't use the kitchen except the kettle, but everything looked nice and clean. The place is 5 minutes walking from the tube. The neighbourhood itself didn't look like a place where I'd like to spend much time, so I just didn't. Communication with Andras was just amazing, he was always so proactive giving instructions and checking with me that everything was clear. I highly recommend this place for budget travellers exploring London!
