This stylish 2 bedroom apartment has recently been finished as part of a full renovation of the original 1960's house. It sits below our family home with separate access from the road. Nestled in your private haven you can relax and enjoy the young native garden or easily explore the nearby Christchurch attractions of the City, Lyttleton Harbour, the Port Hills, the Adventure Park, local bush walks or head further afield to Sumner or Akaroa.

Cashmere is a hill suburb of Christchurch. It overlooks the city and is best known for the walking tracks and parks that are so popular with locals. It is perfectly positioned to access the central city or other Christchurch destinations with relative ease.

Our apartment is located within a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest bus stop where you can travel to the CBD within around 20 minutes. By car we are a short drive from the airport and other attractions while all arterial routes in and out of the city are also a short drive away.

I own and manage a local business that specialises in home improvements such as bathroom and kitchen renovations. I play competitive hockey for my local club where I also manage a team and am a committee member. I'm a family man and my wife Amy and I really enjoy being long term Airbnb hosts. We both enjoy the outdoors especially Amy, who is a highly qualified and experienced outdoor instructor. I have lived in both Japan and Northern Ireland and love helping visitors experience Christchurch and Canterbury.
