As made clear in the description and info provided on booking, it's a 10minute + walk from the ferry and is one of the final properties in the main town. If you can, and you don't have too much to carry, I'd immediately hire a bike to get around on to save walking back and forth to the shop etc! I didn't meet the host, but the housekeeper cleaning the property was very friendly and helpful, I was able to leave my bag in the apartment before the cleaning had finished and before check in time. Just a few minor things would make the apartment even better: there's no small lighting in the main living room, just 3 overhead bulbs, so I moved a bedside light in from the bedroom for my stay. There's a washing machine, and small outside drying rack, but it would have been even helpful if 1 or 2 washing machine tablets/some liquid was left under the sink. I didn't use the cupboard in the kitchen or bedroom as they smell pretty damp - not surprising for by the sea if they're not aired/used.
