Our family of 8 adults and 3 dogs had a lovely time at Rich's place. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. We visited a few places on the recommendation list. We needed a peaceful holiday with space for everyone and a good garden for the dogs. This place was perfect. Rich was a very responsive and helpful host.

The house was a venue for 3 families to meet up for a week while travelling from Australia. The house was comfortable and well equipped and the pool provided great entertainment for the kids. We followed many of Rich’s recommendations from his guide book which helped make our holiday experience interesting. The nearby beautiful town of Argenton had some great cafes where staff were friendly and the coffee good. We really loved everything about our stay.

Encore Merci à Rich pour ses attentions, sa communication rapide et agréable avec nous. Le séjour s’est très bien déroulé. Nous avons aimé les salles de bains et toilettes bien répartis dans la maison. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la grande chambre sous les poutres avec sa superbe baignoire ! Tous les détails de la maison ( joli linge de lit , baignoires nickelles ,cheminée avec bois, bbq, grande cuisine ...) et la ville juste à côté d’Argenton meme à vélo assez rapidement nous ont réjouis . Au tout début, le fait d’être près d’une route parfois passante m’a un peu inquiété mais nous étions tellement bien et au calme dans la grande maison et certaines chambres au fond que cela ne m’a pas dérangé au final.

We have just come home from the best 2 weeks at Rich’s house. The house is stunning , well equipped, and easily fitted in 2 large families. The grounds are extensive and the selling point is the private pool ! The 6 children aged between 2-14 have never once said they were bored . Whether is was the swimming in the pool , playing ping pong , bouncing on the trampoline or simply just running in the garden , they absolutely loved it … any parent will know this is key to an enjoyable holiday ! The house is well placed , for all sorts like walks , bike rides , Paddle boarding on the lakes , or just simply exploring the local town , it is great. Rich was a great host and prompt at responding to queries. We all had the best time. We are already looking at re-booking this again , we enjoyed it so much !
