I am writing this review as a person who is sensitive to noise - just to give my perspective. In the description it says: "You might hear the sounds of kids playing next door." That is grossly understated. When you are in the bedroom, you hear EVERYTHING - kids laughing, kids crying, kids singing, kids running around, kids slamming doors, parents reprimanding their kids. The TV running. You name it. The A/C was running the entire night, and the furnace is right next to the bedroom. Was unable to sleep at all because of the noise the furnace makes. Also: I didn't see a thermostat to regulate the temperature, had to close the vents because I was so cold. If you have young children and/or pets, this place is probably perfect for you. If you prefer a quiet place - not so much.

Overall a fantastic place to stay. Just a couple of bumps along the way. When we first arrived we had a little trouble with the keypad, but Monica came right out to help us in. Everything was exactly as described, clean and well cared for. A couple of things to keep in mind if yoire considering staying with monica. 1. The walls are THIN. We could hearnormal level chatter from their home when no other devices were on. If we turned on the tv, it was no lonher noticable. 2. Only use the firepplace for extra heat. We turned on the window unit heater one evening when it was chilly and we blew a breaker. They fixed that quickly as well. Other than these couple quickly fixed things, we had a great stay. Great stay! Monica was easy to communicate with and the house was very close to Cincinnati and Florence!

Very friendly host, clean space, comfortable bed and lots of fun little things for our toddler to play with! Highly recommend!
