This apartment is so conveniently located in town near the train station, grocery, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, etc. There is no noise from trains, but typical noises from traffic due to being in town and on a main road and the church nearby has a bell tower that chimes a lot, but not at night. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms worked so well for me and my two adult children. There is no parking in front of the apartment, but the cross street Via A. Grassi to the left, a few steps up the hill, has some public spaces that are not time limited. There is also a large public lot down in front of the Penny grocery parking area that is a quick few blocks away. The home was spotless with some cute decor and the WiFi was strong with no problems. Plenty of outlets near the beds and also thoughtfully placed light switches. Elena was very helpful and responsive to all of my random questions. The lockbox check in is super convenient. A great value!

Hôte sympathique et réactive lors de nos échanges et de notre accueil. Maison propre et bien située au centre village, proche des parkings et commodités ( bus,trains, parking)et des commerces. Notre séjour a été très agréable à sinalunga et en Italie. Merci beaucoup Elena.
