My sister and I really wanted our own rooms for our travels and this place was perfect. Beautifully decorated, full kitchen that was easy to navigate with all the essentials to cook a few meals. It’s walkable to some great restaurants and in the same neighborhood as Carlton Hill. The tram can be caught from just down the street. We had issues with the WiFi that were never resolved during our stay. But all in all it was a lovely place and a great visit, I’d recommend it for 2+ people!

The flat was convenient, nicely decorated with comfortable beds. Kitchen was well equipped, but some directions for oven controls would have been helpful. Our one quibble was there were NO directives in the flat (local contacts, helpful info). We returned late one evening and the internet wasn't working so our wi-fi calling mobiles were rendered non-functional. Tried using flat phone but it was disconnected. We were leaving next day, so we never got chance to call the daytime contact provided in the on-line instructions as by the time we found a Wi-Fi hotspot, were more concerned about our flight check-in! For those without international roaming, make sure you print out the instructions and know the closest Wi-Fi.

The flat was as described. There is a lift but no light in the lift. We referred to it as the creepy lift. The space was more than enough for the 3 of us. The sound proofing could be better as the bus station is right across the street.
