Nous étions 24 personnes (12 adultes et 12 enfants. La configuration était parfaite avec les deux chalets communicants. Alexandre était très réactif et a répondu à toutes nos questions.

Impeccable ! Parfait pour un groupe de 16 personnes. Beaucoup de matériel dans la cuisine pour faire à manger. Belle lumière, tranquille, proche des pistes de skis.

Magnifique chalet , trés bien équipé , le host Alexandre et son associé Tristan son super gentil et ils repondre trés rapidement . je recommande à 100% chalet aussi beau que sur les photos et tres bien situé.

Waited 2 hours for check-in instructions. Upon arrival we were informed we were not getting the chalet we had reserved 5 months prior. We rented a chalet for 24 and were given one for 16, half the size with one less bedroom and one less bathroom. We had to turn people coming for just one night away due to lack of space. Chalet was not totally clean, some beds not made and garbage and recycling bins were full. Unit is run down (floors heavily scratched, several floor tiles cracked, pool table carpet with tears). Dangerous situation with hot tub, missing a protective grill on an in-take, causing a cut to a guest’s foot on a sharp edge. The most disappointing was the “bait and switch”, then blaming the owner and the property management company. A token refund of 25% was quickly given but impossible to understand the calculation or why taxes on the refund were not also returned. Tax fraud?? Thank you Alexandre (AIRbnb) for an unforgettable family reunion!
