Rented this home with my baseball team, we enjoyed our stay. The guys enjoyed that there were games in the garage. Like that fact that there was a washing machine and dryer as well. Wish they had a fire pit but we can’t complain, the home was perfect for our short stay

The house was great, very clean and matched the description. The host was very responsive and flexible. I would definitely recommend this home for its close proximity to the downtown area (7min drive) and the peaceful location.

Lovely and spacious home. 2 1/2 baths!! The game room in the garage was great!! The home was clean and very comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful and gave great advice about the area. We highly recommend this home if you are coming to the Cooperstown area.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Friedman house! This home is conveniently located 4-5 miles from town which was super helpful having towed our boat for Otsego Lake. The wrap around driveway was also a plus providing space to park multiple vehicles plus a boat. We were very happy about how many sleeping spaces there were and how the home is set up with multiple bathrooms. We did not feel cramped or on top of each other and appreciated the multiple sitting areas. If we could think of anything that would've made our stay even better it would've been being provided with a water jug dispenser as the water seemed to be sulfur water which has a bad odor. It was really awesome considering it rained that the barn on the property was a game room having darts, ping pong, basketball, and an arcade style Mortal combat and an NBA game. We spent a lot of time in their laughing and being competitive! We really look forward to staying again as this home was clean and our host was very friendly .
