Centrally located, this room is a quick drive to Lake Folsom, a ton of shopping and the aquatic center! It is a peaceful home with a nice full sized memory foam mattress and a small love seat to lounge on. The room comes with a high def TV with tons of streaming options. High speed wi-fi to get work done and a back yard to hang out in the sun. My house is laid out for the laid back.. it is always a quiet home besides rare special occasions. I enjoy my peace and I am hoping to attract families or traveling workers to the rooms that can unwind and have a clean bed to rest on. I am open minded for a special event if that is the type of space you are looking for.
