Awesome stay. We were in Roy's house for a month. Very comfortable. Clean, neat, well stocked with needed items. Heat/AC and Hot Water were fantastic. Roy and his team are incredibly responsive! Asked to have the lawn mowed and his team was at the house within an hour. Had a minor problem with the garage door opener, again someone was there quickly and easily fixed the problem. We are moving to Rockwall from Huntsville AL sometime in June. If available, we will try to get the same house. Very pleased with the entire trip! Thanks Roy.

Our stay was pleasant and we were happy to see how clean and comfortable the house was. When we called Roy he returned our call quickly and was very helpful. It is a quiet neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. Roy is a wonderful host. I would recommend his home because it is clean and comfortable and we felt safe. The home is on a short street that ends in a CuldeSac so there is hardly any traffic which for us was an extra bonus.

Kitchen not fully stocked for an extended stay. Overall a good experience and comfortable house. Host was VERY responsive. Close to restaurants and shopping.

The home was spotless and looked like the photos. It is located in a much older neighborhood. The home was easy to find and about 30 mins to most major Dallas area locations. The host was very attentive and responded in a timely manner as needed. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. We encountered absolutely no issues while there and would stay again!

Roy and Amy were extremely helpful and communicated quickly if we had questions. Their place is very clean with newly updated floors and furniture. You will enjoy your stay at their home!
