We had such a wonderful stay with Eileen! We will certainly be back! The apartment was great for our girls weekend get away! It is centrally located, and comfortable! Thanks for your hospitality, Eileen!

Eileen was a very thoughtful host. Plenty of coffee, breakfast foods and everything we needed for our 'home away from home'; even a small fan was available to make my nighttime hot flashes more bearable! Very clean & comfortable. We hope to make 'The Spencer' our annual holiday accomodations.

Excellent place! We stayed here last year and loved it. This year it felts like a 2nd home. Eileen and Randy have really put a lot of thought into this rental. From built-in hair dryers to washer and dryer with detergent, this place is well equipped. The linins are excellent and it is very nicely furnished with classic beach house decor. The beds are great, and the kitchen, dining, and living areas are excellent. Tons of games, movies and toys to play with. The location is just off the canal and a quick walk to the beach and shops. I highly recommend this place and any other place that Eileen and Randy rent out.

This place is a GEM. We felt welcomed, cared for, and picked this over a cheaper spot in downtown Syracuse to meet friends as a stop while they drove across the country. It was absolutely worth it!!! We only met Eileen so I can only speak for her but she is a gracious and lovely host. She and her husband have done so much on this place. Their level of work is evident; so much love and care are poured into it. The decor is really fun. (We loved the wall in the main bath.) It was the perfect place to stop and hang out for a few days to catch up, and relax with my friends after they had 12 hour days of driving. I’m so glad we took a chance and chose somewhere with more room and amenities. Walking to the lighthouse and around the beautiful quiet neighborhood was a happy surprise. I hope to come back, I loved it that much. I am a Verona /Sylvan beach convert. One final note- Eileen was so helpful in figuring out which beaches were good to go to! I really appreciated that. :)

Great place to stay! Very clean, beautiful, had everything you need. It’s in walking distance to the lake , restaurants/bars. Hosts were very nice !
