The host is very accommodating , very responsive ,anytime we message her she response. But there are some flows which we think that can be improve. We were booked for four days in the place. We arrived there late night and tired from the travel, when we enter the place it was clean not until we opened the bathroom and double checked on the ceiling. There’s a lot of spiderweb, the toilet bowl is not really clean including the shower head. We are not picky in terms of the place but the cleanliness of the area leaves a very good impression. Mentioning as well hot shower was used on the first only and did not work after that. toilet flush is not working properly. If you flush it once it should take few more hours so you can use it again.

Our stay was great in Susan's place! This is perfect if you don't want to stay within the hustle and bustle of Urbiz, and you want some peace and quiet. It's just 2 minutes away from the center, but tricycle and jeep are accessible. There is also a store nearby. Amenities were complete, we even requested some extras and it was given. The caretaker, Ma'am Vina, was also friendly. The kitchen was also complete but it was lacking dish towels. Water pressure also fluctuates in the shower, sometimes strong, sometimes not, but it was manageable. Overall, great place for it's very affordable price! Would definitely stay here again!

stayed for a day and we we're given a chance for an early check in 🤩. accommodating care taker. the host deserves the title of "superhost". worth it for the price. recommended for those who want peaceful and quiet surroundings. we'll surely comeback here 🥰

Overall, it was a positive experience marked by responsive and accommodating service. I requested a room change to number 5 for the convenience of a couple, and the owner promptly responded without any hesitation or additional charges, showcasing excellent customer service. The house boasts a fantastic location, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere with San Juan Beach just a 10-minute walk away. Despite the positive aspects, certain areas need improvement. The cleanliness of facilities, especially the toilet, falls short, and the shower has issues. A shortage of proper buckets and a malfunctioning toilet flush affect overall convenience. Room cleanliness could be enhanced, as the cabinet was dusty, and the bed had stains. Addressing these minor concerns would significantly elevate the guest experience. Despite these minor shortcomings, my stay at Susan Transient's house was a good one.
