This peaceful and centrally-located lovely villa have everything you need. Yoga retreat on your own garden surrounded by tropical trees, even have banana trees. You are only 7 miles to sugary white sand beaches and Naples downtown 5th Ave. glam restaurants. This lovely villa has 2 bedrooms, one room has one queen bed and other rm two twin beds, also pool out couch available for one more person. It has 2 full bathrooms, all equipped kitchen and washer/Dryer. It has It’s own parking place. This lovely villa is about 1300 Square feet, tucked in on a tropical trees very quiet but only 7 miles to all entertainment, beaches and attractions, it’s perfectly located. Front of the Guesthouse there is large green grass area/garden that guests can enjoy outdoor dinning, 6 people table and chairs, bbq with grill for dinning outdoor. Also, separate seating for relaxing front of the fire pits enjoy banana trees.. Entrance of the house designed that in the morning you can have a cup of coffee and watch flowers like bistro cafe. Whole house have air conditioning, every room has ceiling fan, free wifi access and small office desk for your personal computer. This lovely house clean minimal design to cater your needs, living room has a high souring ceiling and sky window, fan, chandelier lighting, for the entertainment TV and wall mounted electric fireplace to cozying up at night.. Living room opens to full kitchen and kitchen has oven, refrigerator, wine cooler, microwave, dishwasher, kurieg coffee machine with tea /coffee pods also, coffee cups, glasses, wine glasses, utensils, plates, pots, fry pans, baking pans. Off of living room there is a dinning table for 4 people chairs, there is a separate sunroom with pull up sofa/bed and chair for kids to play or chilling. This villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with one of the bedroom has two twin beds access to private bathroom and walking closet. Other bedroom has a Queen size bed, large closet space, and of off the door bathroom. Hope you have a wonderful time and memories while staying our lovely Guesthouse.

Aylin’s listing exceeded me and my family’s expectations. Everything was very clean and stocked purposefully for our stay, including a fresh bouquet of flowers in the living room and fresh fruit in the kitchen. Aside from providing beach towels, shampoo, and conditioner, we were pleased to find a hair dryer in the bathroom and a steamer in the closet, both of which we made great use of! We truly cannot recommend this listing enough; in fact, we plan/hope to rent Aylin’s space again in the future.
If only I could give 10 stars! Great place, it has everything you need (all amenities included) and more, including a tropical garden and a BBQ. The owners are a very kind and welcoming couple, they will make you feel immediately at home. Best place in Naples!
What a lovely couple! And the property is great. At first the directions will take you to their front house, but there’s a driveway that takes you to the guest house, then once you get comfortable you can use the back street. So private, didn’t hear a thing from the front house, it’s basically like a whole separate place. They had beach chairs and towels which was super helpful and we obviously used them to go to the beach daily. Kitchen stocked with coffee and plates and things to bbq outside if you chose to. They even had sweets and champagne !! Aylin is an artist and she’s planning on creating a studio in the shed adjacent to the guest house, how fun would that be to take a ceramics class while staying there. Will definitely stay there again when we visit!
Communication was excellent with Aylin. She is very responsive to any questions you will have. Excellent villa to stay in centrally located to all of what Naples offers.

For shopping food and breakfast diners there are public shopping center 2-3 minutes drive way distance, there is a CVS around the corner, also malls, beaches, zoo, botanical garden, downtown 5th Ave. all attractions only short distance approx. 7 miles a way.
