The condo was a great for our family and way better than renting a couple hotel rooms! Garage parking a plus! Beds were comfy. Each kid had their own space after a day of being out in the French quarter walking or doing various activities like ghost tours and the aquarium. I had originally planned to stay in the French quarter but this mid city area was so much quieter and relaxing when we returned in the evening. Plus everything we wanted to do is really about a 3 mile radius. So we would come home change and back out for dinner in the FQ. The home was well equipped with towels and linens, soap and shampoo. We only cooked breakfast a couple times but kitchen appeared well stocked with pots and pans. We found the French Coffee on the bike trail to walk to in the morning and ate across the street at Luizza’s twice. Biggest issues were a couple lights burned out and the plugs were loose so devices didn’t charge over night. Drawers in bathroom and kitchen did not open or close or fell out

Although the stay was a good experience overall and they were responsive. They cancelled my reservation at another place the day before check-in so I had to go through the hassle of reaching out to other guests and ensuring they were okay with the last minute change to be placed elsewhere. The place we initially picked was our top choice, so I was disappointed to stay in a different place. They also did not compensate us for the troubles that were caused through no fault of our own. I was also expecting flexibility upon check in due to the last minute inconvenience they caused us but they tried to charge an additional fee to check in early which was disheartening. Although they told us we can check out an hour later, I still feel we should’ve been compensated more due to the last minute change through no fault of the guests.
