I always give honest reviews. I understand you get what you pay for but a hotel stay would’ve been more worth the money. Pros: The neighborhood was peaceful, safe, and centrally located. Bathrooms were sparkling clean and updated. Cons: The place felt a little dirty: stains all over the couch, dusty shelves where the dishes were kept, and random trash and tools spread in the yard. The beds were very uncomfortable, it felt like I was sleeping on a wooden box. Same for the couch, it was hard and felt like I was sitting on plywood. Either the linen was not thoroughly cleaned or there was excessive pet dander left behind because two of my family members had extreme allergy responses. The place is a duplex so you can hear the neighbors like they are in the same room. There happened to be a large group of guys that were staying on the other side and despite the “quiet hours 9pm-7am” sign that was listed in our space, the neighbors were up past 1130pm being very loud and then up at 6am.

Marenas ace was as reviewed. However, on two separate occasions, she went above and beyond in responding immediately to some unexpected troubleshooting - which was very much appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay! This was the 2nd time we booked this place. The view through the big windows in the living room is amazing! Plenty of space and there are washer and dryer on site. The host was very friendly and considerate to let us check in earlier and check out one hour after 11:00 AM to make our travel arrangements a lot easier!! We really appreciated the hospitality!
