Casa Velocidades is a unique space with a comfortable rustic feel. Enjoy the presence of the ocean from every spot in the house - beautiful views and ocean breeze are a constant. Fully updated kitchen with all the amenities and a breakfast bar. Strong wifi, air-conditioning in the bedroom, private bathroom and office space. Upstairs loft with a daybed for an extra guest or afternoon nap with views for miles. Within walking distance of town, restaurants, yoga, shops and so much to discover. Open-air living room and kitchen offer a chance to be enveloped in the sights and sounds of the ocean. This space is perfect for two with a large air-conditioned bedroom, office workspace and private bath. Locked hanging closet and shelving to store your clothes and anything valuable. The upstairs loft is suitable as a second sleeping option for a close friend or family member (they need to walk through the main bedroom to access the bathroom). The loft has a large bug net and fan upon request. It’s also the perfect place for an afternoon nap, private yoga session and sunset cocktail. The ocean and beach views are stunning.

Had a wonderful stay in the home and felt like we were living outdoors, which was what we wanted. The home had everything that we needed and also a sweet house cat that made the stay even more fun. We loved our stay! Can’t recommend enough. Was one of the most peaceful spots we’ve ever stayed at. Stunning view of the ocean, great amenities, felt safe and secure, easy walk into town. Wish we had booked this place longer! Tina and Baily were super responsive. If we ever come back to troncones I would want to stay here again!

This beautiful rustic Palapa was everything we were hoping it would be. It’s very private, yet close to town and right on the beach. It feels like a peaceful oasis away from everything. the photos are accurate, but they can’t capture the sound of the pounding surf outside your door, or the beautiful changing light over the ocean all day. I highly recommend.

Our palapa is tucked back in for privacy but you still have full view of beach strollers, surfers and folks on horses enjoying the ocean. Quiet beach neighborhood with respectful neighbors. A delicious restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner just across the street and multiple other fantastic restaurants a short 5 minute stroll down the beach or take the road into town. World class yoga 5 minutes from the house. Small shops, pastries, coffee and tiendas within a 5-10 minute walk.
