This place is amazing, very clean, right onto the beach, you have everything you need at the location, tavernas are very close, market is 10minutes by car, gas station at 5 minutes. There is a lot of silence in the surroundings, you can listen to the waves, you can even imagine you have your own view spot in the back yard to the sea side and to the mountains in front of the house. Grill place is awesome. We would love to come back in the future.

Nous sommes un groupe de 10 amis et avons passé une semaine chez Ioannis. La maison est très grande, il y a de la place pour tout le monde, très bien équipée. Emplacement exceptionnel face à la mer accessible à 30 mètres à pied. Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire et le logement a été une raison principale. Je vous le conseille sans hésitation, vous ne regretterez pas ! Mes amitiés à Ioannis ! Merci

Tout était conforme et la maison bien placée. Pour être parfait il faudrait ajouter des plats de cuisson et des éléments de base seraient un plus (sel, poivre, pastille lave-vaisselle, lessive...)

If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing, secluded hideaway, this is the villa for you. The location is perfect and the villa well appointed and comfortable, enough for a large party or two families. Ioannis couldn't have been more responsive and helpful and everything was as advertised so no nasty surprises, but lots of pleasant ones! The local taverna which is a few minutes walk is good for lunch and dinner and there are some really lovely, authentic, home cooking tavernas to be found within a few miles drive. We had a great week and only wish it could have been longer.

Two families, ten people all together, including six teenage girls in two weeks, in this house was just a perfect vacation. There is a nice nearby taverna within walking distance (five minutes along the sea), but you will need a car to go shopping for other groceries. Aggio Marheos is a very very nice village and you can get what you need there, or you can go further to Lidl for bigger shopping (about 30 min away). We so much enjoyed the house with the outdoor kitchen the lovely garden with the sunbeds and the hammocks (we brought one ourselves and there is already one). The beach we had for the most time almost to our selves. It is just so lovely to have a beach just outside the garden. And that beautiful sea view, and the gorgeous color of the sea, and the sunset…….We ended up renting two cars, and in addition to spend a lot of time around the house we also did explore Corfu, all over the island. So green so beautiful. I will recommend everyone to go to Corfu and to stay in Villa Memosa!
