We were familiar with the area so found the property very easily. any one not familiar would be able to find the property with ease, providing they approached the property slowly so as to see the entrance. Overall, Chloe's property was comfortable and had everything you might need. we found it met all our requirements. We would certainly book Larch Barn again.

We enjoyed our stay at Larch Barn. Internet connection was good, the barn was warm and comfortable. The water was nice and hot for the shower -- always a good thing! The weather wasn't great but the barn is bright and cheerful and we had everything that we needed for a good trip away. We managed to visit family in Folkstone as well as spend time in Rye (which is beautiful) so the location worked perfectly for us.

Beautiful stylish contemporary home in rural setting. View across fields towards steam railway line. Sky light in bedroom great for star gazing. Lovely gardens and decking area.
