Mi sono trovato molto bene a soggiornare qui con la mia famiglia. Elvio è un host molto gentile e disponibile, accorto e molto pulito. L'appartamento si trova in una bella zona in cui si può godere sia del mare che raggiungere il centro storico in meno di 5 minuti a piedi per raggiungere supermercati, ristoranti e pescherie davvero ottimi. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

The house is well located and it is well equipped however we had a hard time with the host. He was really pushy and rude many times. He fixed the problems we had during our stay such as WiFi. But it felt like renting a long term house from a real estate agent because of all the bureaucracy. First, he insisted that we pay the city tax even though we didn’t have to pay it because we are students in Bari and we proved it to him by documents. Other than that, the apartment is in a condominium and sometimes he was there checking the house. I felt like I was being supervised. When delivering the apartment he demanded us to clean the apartment despite the airbnb cleaning fee. On the last day, he arrived at 8:40 am to do an inspection on the apartment before the checkout, even though we asked him to come at 9:00. At 9:30 he started yelling at my friend who was reminding him that the check out was at 10:00. Finally he called the guard to intimidate my friends. Worst experience at an Airbnb

The location is perfect, with easy access to local restaurants, grocery stores, and beautiful villages in Puglia. The house was well-equipped for two adults and two teenagers, and the swimming pool was a fantastic bonus for relaxation during our stay. Elvio was very communicative and consistently checked in to see if we needed anything. We would love to return and highly recommend both him and his place.

Great location, comfortable apartment. Elvio is an amazing host, very friendly, great communication and checked in via text to make sure we were comfy and if we needed anything. Location is ideal, you can walk to town center (Port) with a good selection of restaurants/supermarket/bar for coffee and treats all within 5 minute walk. Development unit is in is well maintained gated community very safe with security and daily cleaning crew to keep grounds clean and safe. Swimming area is right outside development gate you can be swimming in ocean within a 3 minute walk. Apartment (flat) is very clean, newly renovated with style, kitchen has all you need if you wish to cook, I don't recommend cooking as the food in Puglia is too good to miss out on. Bus is right outside development so if you have no car, you're good. Neighborhood is safe you can walk around with no fear. I stayed 3 weeks here and would stay here again, highly recommend!!
