The large terrace is perfect for relaxing and dinning. However, just 20mins from the beaches at either Contis, L'especier or Mimizan Plage, and 10mins from restaurants and commerces. You do need a car to get around. There is an option to use the outdoor spa (wood-burning hot tub and sauna) during your stay. There is a large open kitchen lounge with a breakfast bar, and hand crafted oak kitchen with all modern conveniences. The seating area has comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV and a wood burning stove. From the main room there are two large bedrooms with a Queen bed in one, and a double bed and a single in the other. The bathroom has a wet room type shower, in the cupboard in the bathroom is where the washing machine is stored. The covered Terrace has wonderful outdoor chairs, and a large dining table. Hammocks are also available. Also available is a Pizza Oven which is situated on the covered terrace in front of the house. The property is surrounded by the forest, there is a private garden available to guests and paths are throughout the surrounding forests. Situated on the property is the spa which is available for you to use if requested. The Nordic bath and the sauna are both wood burning. We also have a lake, which is safe for swimming or we have paddle boards available.
