Great location, easy to get to the French Quarter by trolly or walk to Magazine Street. The place was great for the six of us and had plenty of common space. Didn't get over to the pool but it looked like it was shared with the other units. Private outdoor space out back was awesome as well.

Really liked the location which was a bit off the beaten path but easily connected to popular tourist locations and more neighborhoody and peaceful. Lots of space. Comfortable furniture. Liked having access to the pool and the little outdoor patio.

The neighborhood seemed a little "iffy" at first, but our stay was great. We were within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The condo was exactly as described and as the pictures showed. The pool was just a few steps away and very clean. Our first two nights were quiet and peaceful. Our last night, Friday night, was a little noisy. The condo next door had noisy tenants that were disrupting up from 10p-4am making sleep a little difficult (only for those sleeping on the first level) 2nd floor sleeping was the best, quiet & super comfortable bed. Traveled with kids and they were right at home here. Highly recommend staying. Driving in New Orleans is something else though 😬 good luck!

Location is great if you plan to spend equal time between Quarter and Garden district. Place is large and garden area and pool are nice add ons. However it’s very noticeable it’s owned by a big company, and not a person. Response time was slow, linens had holes, boxsprings all still had plastic they never removed after delivery, bedboards were covered in dust and host was slow to resolve issue. Great for a bachelor or bachelorette but not for a 40th birthday or nicer event.

Looks exactly like the photos, beds were comfy, kitchen had all necessities, very close to French Quarter/trollys/busses but on a quiet and out of the way block. Loved my stay!
