Alles war für uns super. Wir fühlten uns wohl. Küche, Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, gepflegt, man könnte zwar einiges erneuern, bzw. etwas Reparieren (zB.Fliesenfugen, Klimagerät) aber alles im Ganzen erfüllt seinen Zweck und ist funktionsfähig. Die Gegend ist für die Leute die das reale Leben, die Einheimischen kennenlernen wollen, und nicht nur in touristischen, luxuriösen Stadteilen sich wohlfühlen. Kleine Geschäfte und Kiosken, Bäcker, Metzger..etc. sind genügend in der Nähe, wie auch ein großer Supermarkt etwa 10min zu Fuß. Die Unterkunft ist leicht mit Bus - in 20minuten Takt erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert, wir würden gern wiederkommen.

We stayed in this places from 10th March to 14th March. Location Wise : Good and within a community Nearest Bus Stop is around 1 KM near to Abu Hail Clinic 1 and you can recharge your Nol Card there. Restaurant & Shops : Good and Cheap within a walking distance of 200 mts. We had to wait for 15 -20 minutes as both Shan and Mehroof was away for work, and the assistant came very late. Room Is clean with Sofa and Table Chair and non working fridge and very less light AC was noisy without any remote. Washroom is clean and just outside the room. Kitchen was not very clean with very less utensils for cooking. Washing Machine was leaking. Staying for a week or so is good enough in the price.

Mehroof is most humble and always available & kind host. The Room is located near to eateries and bus stop. This is best value of money place. It’s is advisable to share your itinerary in advance to host to avoid last minute run. I would recommend this place to stay in Dubai.
