Newly built, light and spacious studio apartment in the heart of Green Lake. The private and separate cottage overlooks a beautiful garden. Located a block away from the lake and a few blocks from local restaurants, cafes and shops. Studio kitchenette includes everything you need to make a simple meal, or reheat leftovers and take out, including a countertop convection oven, microwave, hot plate, Keurig coffee maker, and a kettle for hot water.

The studio is very clean , comfortable, and quiet. Appreciated the parking space. Close to Green Lake and many restaurants are within walking distance. Great coffee and pastries at nearby Cafe Lulu. Great communication with host. Definitely one of our favorite Airbnbs!
I enjoyed my third stay at Lisa’s guest house near Green Lake very much. It is very well maintained and always looks great inside and out. I am wild about how close to the door I can park my car in a dedicated spot for loading and unloading. It is an amazingly short walk to Green Lake for a stroll. It takes less than 3 minutes to drive from Lisa’s to I-5 south, and only 5 minutes to drive to I-5 north. It is well furnished, with enough supplies for short, convenient stays. It’s very nice looking and comfortable, and was built with pride. I am 77 years old, and although there are stairs, there is a sturdy handrail to help when going up and down. High speed wifi, too. This is the ONLY place I will stay in on trips to Seattle.
Lisa’s place is lovely and well furnished. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again when we return to Seattle.
