Beautiful historic home located in the perfect location to access all that Tulsa has to offer. 2 minutes from: Cherry Street, Utica Square, Brookside, TU Campus, Mother Road Market. 5 minutes from: Downtown, Fair Gounds, Gathering Place, Discovery Lab, Riverside Parks. 10 minutes from: TIA, Cain's ballroom, Brady Theatre. With a quiet neighborhood and a large fenced back yard enjoy the perfect space to sit and relax. Come enjoy this historic treasure! Non-refundable pet deposit required. The house sits just off the road and has a large backyard and front porch. All the main living areas and bedrooms are spacious.

There were absolutely NO surprises! Everything was exactly the way it was stated. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of linens and extras. We did not cook during our stay, but I bet if we had we would have had everything we needed. Convenient location to the COX Center. Neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again!!! We enjoyed our time on the front porch. Would have loved to have used the back deck, however it rained the entire time we were there. Plenty of games for entertainment also.
The home and location were both absolutely gorgeous! If we ever come back to the Tulsa area, I know exactly where we will stay.

Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Sidewalks make it a perfect place for walks with kids and pets.
Parking you have the entire length of driveway leading to the garage. 3-4 cars deep if you like. The road can also be parked on as long as neighbors driveways are not blocked. Uber, Lift, Bus Stops are all close and accessible. Also, plenty of scooters and E-bikes are within close walking distance.
