The place is amazing and it's great for a larger group of friends or a big family. The apartment was cozy and the metro stop was only a few minutes walk. The place was spacious and had all the necessary amendments. Modesto is very responsive and helpful.

My mother and I rented this apartment because it is very close to where my daughter lives in Lyon, so there were only 2 of us in an apartment for 6. Therefore it was very spacious for us. The apartment is on a quiet road in Villerbanne, overlooking the tennis courts. This pleased my mother, who is a keen tennis player. Whilst there are good transport links to the centre of Lyon - the C3 bus stops right outside. And it is only a 10 min walk to cusset on the metro. There is also a tramline close by. But there aren't any good restaurants in a short walking distance, and a good sized supermarket is a 15 min walk. However, the garage opposite and the corner shop beside the apartment building are fine for essentials. this is not the fault of the apartment, of course!! As you know, there is garage parking, which is worth its weight in gold in Lyon. So maybe the lack of local amenities won't be a problem. Modesto responds very quickly to messages, which is good.

highly recommend! everything was great, clean, spacious, great balcony on a garden, and most important was Modeato responsiveness. great for a group or family. thanks Modesto!
