We stayed here for our anniversary and it was absolutely lovely. The surrounding area was certainly beautiful. There were lots of deer roaming around. The outdoor hottub was very nice and relaxing. We would definitely stay again.

Our time in Unit 2317 was great. The view from the porch is spectacular! I’ve seen some inaccurate statements in other reviews, so I want to clarify some things. As of our stay in Oct. 2023, there is a restaurant in the facility. The facility is located about 13 minutes from the center of Lago Vista. In Lago Vista there are 2 small grocery stores and numerous places to eat. If you want to drive further Cedar Park is about 30 minutes away. But, everything you need for food can be found in Lago Vista (including a food truck park). Unit 2317 has been recently renovated. It looks nearly new with stone countertops and new flooring! There are 3 pools, 3 hot tubs and a well equipped gym on the grounds. The facility itself was built a while ago (maybe the 80s), and is slightly aged, but still very functional. Bottom Line: If you are expecting a brand new 5-star Sandals Resort, this is not for you. But, if you want a very nice location for a GREAT price, this is the place for you!
