Oceana Sunset has suited our family perfectly and was exactly what we needed. James was amazing and so responsive and helpful.

Our stay at James' place was seriously amazing! The location was just what we needed. Hanging out on the beach was a total vibe, we even saw dolphins. The waves are small, but the kids had a blast trying to catch them. Super safe beach for the kids, and they even had beach towels and buckets with spades to keep them entertained which was provided at the house. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and that stunning view was like a dream. Tons of space for our us, never felt cramped. The kids are already begging to go back next time we're in Perth! 🌊😎 Massive thank you James for a wonderful stay, in the mansion (as the kids like to call it).

Beautiful sunset spot and walking track down to a really nice beach

Great host. Check-in was clear and property was ready on time. James contacted us a couple of times during the week to make sure everythings was ok. Standout featutre is definitley the view. Sunset from the terrace over safety bay is wonderful. The path through the back garden provides access to the beach in two minutes. Location-wise this is a five star property. Nonetheless we can only give the place two stars overall. Cons: - Property is showing its age. Paintwork and fittings are in dire need of a facelift. - Heating. We were there in winter and the place was cold! Main living room has a single gas-heater (with typical gas-heater smell). Two bedrooms have ugly freestanding electric radiators. Rest of the house has nothing. - Kitchen is plagued by ants. The welcome E-mail warned us but this should be in the property description. Leave so much as a sweet wrapper lying around for a few minutes and they are swarming. In the end we gave up cooking in the house completely.
