New bathrooms/kitchen/furniture - Convenient central location (1/2 mile to main street in North Myrtle) - Easy-access and hassle-free parking - Peaceful complex removed from the large crowds - Beach gear provided - Perfect condo for a family or couple getaway! 2 bed/2 bath condo plus sleeper sofa Minimum booking age: 25 Covid note: it is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. We’ve upped our efforts going beyond CDC and AirBnB cleaning guidelines to ensure a high standard of clean. All surfaces/areas are thoroughly cleaned and all linens are swapped betwfeen each guest. We provide a contact-free check in and the entrance-way is in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas. Parking: Easy access private parking. Parking passes will be left out for you to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: **No Elevator** Must walk up about 27 steps to get to unit on 2nd floor. Self check-in with keypad access code. Kitchen: Newly updated floors/appliances/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Keurig machine along with a starter kit of Keurig cups included! . Family room: Roku allows you to access any of your streaming services on the flat screen TV. Sofa is a queen pull-out with a gel foam mattress, which means you can't feel any springs! A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel. Master Bedroom: Balcony access and beach views from the master bedroom! King bed with memory foam topper. Master Bath: Newly updated February 2021! Walk-in shower, Must-see! Guest Bedroom: King bed with memory foam topper. Guest Bathroom: located in hallway off of family room. Full shower/tub. Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises! Balcony overlooks pool and deck area for complex as well. Pool: Complex pool is oceanfront and open year round! Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, blankets, and toys in the condo for you to use. Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer. Deck Area: lounge chairs and tables provided for complex use. Grilling area for guests right off of deck.

We enjoyed our stay here, watched dolphins from the balcony. Location was great, and hosts food suggestions were on point. Check in was easy, and communication was great. Overall great place And I would book again. There were a few things that were lacking in hospitality. I had to supply products for the week that would otherwise be included in a stay. This unit included a "starter pack" to last a day or 2 but for the week stay we were responsible for TP, paper towels, and garbage bags. I also like to give transparency if any house rules are added or fees are mentioned after arriving. So as a heads up checkout is at 10am (as listed) and 75$ is charged for every 15 min after 10 (told 24 hours before checkout). At this time I was also told to be sure not to leave anything behind as there is no retrieving items after checkout. We were out by 10 and did not leave anything, but I was taken back by the off-putting checkout message the night before.

This was our second time staying at Steven's place. It was another great experience. We loved the location and the beachfront view. Everything was as described.
We had such a great visit. Place is exactly as described. Loved how clean everything was and how everything was fully stocked. Couldn’t be in a better part of town. Easy to walk to the hustle and bustle but also tucked away onto a quiet beach. 10/10 recommend!
We enjoyed our stay in the lovely condo! Views from the balcony were amazing! Conveniently to restaurants and shopping.

A perfect central location in North Myrtle Beach! Located about 1/2 mile from Main Street (~10 min walk) and a quick drive to any of the great attractions the area has to offer.
The complex offers easy access parking for guests, a reasonable walking distance to nearby restaurants (~10 min to Main St) or else order an Uber/Lyft to where ever you need to go. Great central location so are within a quick drive to all restaurants, shopping, and entertainment the area has to offer.
