Olivia has been very friendly and communicative from the start. We had trouble getting into the cottage but she was very quick to respond. The check in time was flexible and the cottage was available from the morning (despite check in time of 3 pm), which is very useful when travelling from far. The cottage itself was lovely. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The living room was lovely with comfortable couch/chairs. The bed rooms were cosy and she even offered a baby cot, which was extremely useful. The bathrooms were clean. The location of the cottage was great. Lovely village for walks. Only a less than 5 minute drive to the Daylesford farm shop. We did day trips to Bourton on the water and Cotswold wildlife park which were both only a 20 minutes drive from the cottage. Thanks very much Olivia for hosting a lovely cottage. PS: as I have messaged you before, we can only apologise for accidentally breaking one of your ornaments that has great sentimental value to you.

We have a lovely stay! Olivia was so kind and helpful the whole way through. I hope we will be able to visit this lovely home and area again soon.

We had a good stay for the weekend although the cottage itself was a bit disappointing. Pros: - great location, Kingham is right in the heart of the Cotswolds and a lovely village - downstairs is great - nice living, dining and kitchen area and good size entrance area which when you’re staying with kids is needed Cons: - the cottage is clearly used a lot by the owners and there was a lot of stuff in cupboards, out etc. Which made it feel a bit less like a holiday cottage for us - and more like we were intruding - upstairs is a bit shabby with unpainted door frames, mess (including old chewing gum), the bunk bed was very rickety so we couldn’t use the top. It just didn’t live up to either the downstairs or the price we paid. - the showers, especially the top one, was pretty bad, and the door of the shower cubicle upstairs was broken - the cleaning wasn’t great - there was a lot of dust under sofas and the table, the oven needed a good clean and the floor could have done with a mop.
