We had a wonderful get together with family and close friends. There were 14 of us total and it felt like the perfect number for the space. The views were beautiful, the hot tub was nice and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a large group.

Lovely house & location. Would absolutely not stay here again though unless the carpet, couches & throw pillows were replaced. It was so gross, like don’t want to sit down, visible-grime gross. Seems the whole house had deferred maintenance, and I’m sure that can be handled (one oven didn’t work & we had 12 people to prep meals for!), but the bigger things like the carpet I doubt will change. Was kind of like a frat-house on the floor, and with all furniture in general. If these items are addressed it would be a great place & I would stay again.

The space and location were fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay here. The only reason we docked a star was for the issues we had with checking in. The keypad was not working and was not able to contact anyone. After waiting a while we were able to get in through an open side door. The host definitely made sure we were taken care of for the remainder of the stay.

The place was so cute! My family had a great week there while we vacationed! There were some damages to the place, wear and tear from some other guests, and it was quite dusty, but other than that it was a beautiful place! Hot tub was magnificent, and the showers were a dream too! It was a perfect place to park the family for a week!

Incredible home. Breathtaking view of Winter Park from huge windows on main level, and from the hot tub. Our boys loved the billiard/poker/game room on the lower level. Hosts were immediately responsive to minor issues that arose. Hope to come back!
