This luxury beach house is literally steps from the white sands of Garden City Beach, and the beautiful waves of the Atlantic Ocean. Walk from a luxuriously furnished, air conditioned private home onto private decks overlooking the sand and water, and then directly onto the sandy beach.
The Pier at Garden City is only a 3 minute walk away (either along the sands of the beach or along Waccamaw Drive), with several family style restaurants, an arcade, a beach retail store, a liquor store and three local bars within a one block radius.
Anything else you might need for your stay is only a short one mile drive away, including Kroger's, Walmart Supercenter, Walgreens, more beach retail stores, liquor stores and dozens of restaurants.
More fun, food and libations are accessible a short drive to the North or South along the King's Highway (US-17 Bus S), including a waterpark, miniature golf, the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk and the Surfside Pier.

To get to the beach, simply walk out the backdoor. The Pier at Garden City (with several restaurants, an arcade, a liquor store and several local bars) is only a 3 minute walk (or 30 second drive - with public parking available when you arrive) to the North -- either along the beach or Waccamaw Dr.
This beach house has private, off street parking which can accommodate 7+ standard size vehicles, including "covered" parking for at least 4 and height clearance sufficient for most RVs. As you can see in the street view photo (under exterior), the beach house is raised on piers, and the covered parking is directly under the house.
Additional "parallel" street parking is available for visitors across the street on the West side of Waccamaw Dr. and on nearby Holly Avenue. Additional parking for guests also may be available at the Holly Ave public beach access adjacent to the property.
Many visitors to Murrells Inlet and Garden City Beach rent golf carts, which they use to go anywhere further than walking distance. (If you want more information about renting a golf cart, let me know and I will provide you some options).
