The apartment itself and personal check in with the on site hosts was wonderful, we were immediately planning our return. Unfortunately, the apartment is listed as having a washer inside and it does not. There is a washer downstairs that you need to ask to be unlocked so that you can use. This would not be a problem for us except that it was handled very poorly by the online host Stipe. Despite asking what times we could use the washer, we were given no info and it remained locked. This resulted in two of our three days booked to relax on the island being spent trying to work around the mid day schedule of when someone could unlock the washer. Stipe was aggressive and unprofessional in communication, which was stressful and made our time there uncomfortable. The apartment is fantastic, location is great and close to everything but a little secluded. The on site hosts are lovely and very helpful. Sadly, unless there is a different online host for the place we will not return.

Die Unterkunft ist ganz neu und sauber. Nach einem Buchungsfehler meinerseits war Stipe sehr hilfsbereit und wir konnten eine geeignete Lösung finden. Der Gastgeber antwortet rasch und ist sehr offen, umterstützend und herzlich für alle möglichen Anliegen. Ich kann den Gastgeber und die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!
