This home was such a nice stay for my family! It was quiet and peaceful, places we went were easy to get to. We all enjoyed how spacious it was! Kyle was very prompt with any questions I had, definitely will be back for our next family gathering in Davenport.

Understanding that this was an older home, I kept my expectations in check but certain issues need to be resolved. As soon as we entered the home, it smelled of cat urine. Trash was left in the cans in the basement by the washer and dryer, and the kitchen cupboards/dinnerware were a little cluttered. There was a single sponge by the kitchen sink that was old and dirty. Three hand soap dispensers throughout the house were all empty. The only TV in the house needs to be replaced as the speakers sound like they have been blown out. The only full bath in the house had very poor water pressure in the sink, ventilator fan did not work and the window is painted shut. There we’re only partially used rolls of toilet paper in the house and no paper towels. The host needs a better housekeeping service and put together a folder for guests to have access to information about the property and surrounding area.
