Fairview always does a nice job. I've stayed in a couple of there places and hosts do an amazing job of communicating with their guests proactive. The places are clean and well kept. Host seems to be on top of all maintenance in these places. They are a bit older (given the neighborhood the are in) but not dated. Clean. Clutter free. Just as the pictures indicate and the descriptions of the amenities and close to things to do. They walkable to a couple of good places, namely, Common Bond Bakery (great coffee) and the Anvil Bar (great bourbon selection). Enjoyed our stay.

Was a great stay. Had no issues with my neighbors or anyone in the area. The duplex was beautiful. Really felt like a home away from home. I didn’t have any issues with anything I used in the unit. He responded back in a timely manner to all messages and was a great help. Definitely will be coming back again!!!

This apartment is a good stay in an EXCELLENT area, pending a few caveats. If you're here for a short vacation, I'd recommend this place. PROS - Large space, minimally decorated - Private parking (although the second space was taken my last day, despite being promised) - GREAT neighborhood with tons to do nearby - from bars and restaurants. Pretty walkable (as far as Houston goes)! - Really handy to have a washer + dryer! - Flexible - the team was gracious enough to offer early check-in and late check-out, which was SUPER appreciated CONS - It is noisy. Landscaping started on a Sunday before 8am (!) and there was weekday construction next door (that I was not notified of) that could be heard from both bedrooms. Totally fine if you're out and about early, but I was hoping for a restful vacation with late starts. - Disorganized management - I came home one day to find a cleaner in the space, who was mistakenly given the wrong unit to clean. As a solo female traveler, it was quite alarming to come home to an open door with someone in the unit. - Cleanliness - I encountered 2 cockroaches during my stay, despite the unit being relatively clean upon check-in. Could just be a Houston thing! Jake (the owner + a super nice guy!) and his team are really trying their best to give you a good stay. However, I think they have a couple kinks to still work out. Would recommend if you're looking for a crash pad for friends who are going out every day / night.

What a great property in the heart of Houston. Located in the Montrose area, this place has walking access to bars, restaurants, convenience stores, dry cleaners, food, even a hardware store. Access to all the major highways is nearby. Just an excellent place to set up and do your Houston activities whether business or pleasure. Next time you're in town, stay here.

Perfect, so happy! The quality of the listing is even better than the photos. Pet friendly and covered parking makes this retreat my new "GO-TO". Thanks Fairview and team, we will definitely be back!
