Everything was perfect. Proximity to family & friends meant that weekend was relaxing, local restaurant was a lovely experience & the days trip to Royal Ascot was enhanced by the hosts understanding of our early start and late return. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, the surroundings are beautiful, facilities are amazing and we look forward to staying there again. Absolutely first rate property to feel instantly at home in. Thank you David & Martin

Even more beautiful than in the photos! My daughter and I loved our stay at Martin's spacious, stylish and immaculate home; we enjoyed the short walk into town and the gorgeous outdoor areas. The property itself is huge and very private, but easy to find. Inside, luxury linens & bath products, first-rate appliances, and the amazing views make this vacation rental truly special. Martin was the perfect host, and we feel very lucky to have found this delightful vacation rental!

I wish there were more than five stars to recommend this place enough! Kibworth Hartcourt is heaven! Checking out almost feels like being cast out of heaven. This is my first experience of Airbnb, and this allows me to experience what I appreciate most, local living and local traditions. I lived in the UK for almost 6 years as a student. But what I experienced in Kibworth Hall with the hosts and their friends and families is too different and precious! The apartment itself is so clean and a blend of modern and traditional décor with an apparent touch of a designer. The location is in the countryside where there is lots of fresh air, space, and stunning views. There is not much city related pleasures (e.g. available rides or food delivery). Ideally you need a car. If not, Taxi companies in the area are available but need pre-booking arrangements. They may not be available if you decide to go out suddenly. Luckily, the hosts helped me get a number of a taxi driver to move around. They also gave me two menus of nearby restaurants if I fancy ordering. Uber Eats have two indian restaurants that deliver to the door. The hosts are unique, and ones of a kind. It is one thing for a host to open the door of his house to guests, but it is another thing to open his mind and heart to care for them. I am really touched by their sense of humble presence around me and particularly around my 6 years old daughter. The way they treated my baby is unique and unequalled. I have plans to visit Kibworth in winter, hoping to see “England greenest hills”covered with snow!

This is truly a beautiful place to spend time. Martin was exceptionally helpful and was so lovely greeting us even though we were delayed and didn’t arrive until after 1 a:m. The apartment itself is both quite luxurious and extremely comfortable. The attention to detail was first class. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer. We would highly recommend staying at Martins, you will not be disappointed.

This is a very special place to stay. A quiet and spacious apartment with beautiful views, great interior design and furnishings and the most comfortable beds! We had a fantastic trip, which included a couple of days ‘home-working’ in the shared workspace. It was great to be able to make use of the expansive garden. We would highly recommend Martin as a wonderful host, before and during our visit.
