This place is a 10! It might be the most comfortable AirBNB we’ve stayed anywhere. Ryan is attentive and available, and he’s missed no detail in this space. Even little extra comforts like post-it notes, a first-aid kit, and scented wax melts. He gets the good toilet paper and cleaning products, and has lots of extra tech available around the house. The view of the estuary and ocean never gets old and the location is great, with multiple nearby beaches and food spots cover everything from street carts to mom & pop restaurants to oceanside resorts. The gated development was a great place for us to walk our dog safely and enjoy sunsets and everybody is friendly!

This was our first trip to Baja & it was perfect. Ryan's place is equal distance from Rosarito & Ensenada but the local community has everything you need. The sunsets are incredible. AC & heaters work well. Super hot water. Very comfortable beds. Completely stocked kitchen. The outdoor deck is perfect for gathering. Go to the beach, ride horses. Don't miss the food stalls right outside the complex. A SUV or similar is best. Helpful tip..look for km 68. We would definitely return.

Can’t say enough good things about Ryan and Ally’s Airbnb. Place was sparkling clean, so peaceful and overall beautiful. Our dogs had the best time with all of the space to run around. That sea breeze is hard to beat. The view from the balcony is just stunning. They even invited us over to dinner once for Ryan’s ribs. They were DELICIOUS. Amazing people, amazing place. 10/10 recommend!

Place was very clean and spacious. Ryan was nice enough to allow me to have day guests over. He even installed chicken wire out back to help keep my dog safe. The only thing I would say negative is that the dirt road leading up to the house can be a bit confusing at first and a bit rough traversing. Other than that, everything was great.
