Welcome to Sea Glass Manor! Brand new home in 2022! Conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown and the Spit, breath-taking view of Kachemak Bay. Three private bedrooms, each with a new high-quality queen bed and quality linens. Two bathrooms, 3/4 and full. Fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill. Spacious entryway with laundry. Private parking. Sip coffee on our covered deck and watch the sunrise over the Kenai Mountains and Kachemak Bay. See moose and other wildlife from our windows! Sea Glass Manor is a 1600 square foot home built in 2022, with an open floor plan and vaulted ceiling. It is tucked into the trees on a 1/2 acre lot in a brand new neighborhood. From the living room windows, the manor has expansive views of Kachemak Bay, the Kenai Mountains, and the Homer Spit. Guests will enter through the lower level which includes laundry facilities and an entryway with plenty of room to store all your equipment for Alaska adventures. The main level has living, dining, kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. Upper level is a master bedroom with attached bath, and a reading nook with a magnificent view.

Wonderful home in Homer! An unbeatable view and great layout for a family vacation. Watching the water, mountains, trees, and sky change by the moment is indescribably magical. We really liked our location on the west side of town. In the evenings we would drive up the hill at sunset (slowly and carefully) and see moose! In the “it’s the little things” category: Super cute Alaskan dish ware was an unexpected bonus. So fun to have a coffee in a cute thematic mug on the terrace watching this corner of the world go by. 🏔️💕💕
We loved staying at this airbnb! It had a beautiful view, great amenities, and Annie and Dave were great hosts that always responded to our questions.
My family and I have stayed at several rental properties. Sometimes you are lucky enough to find a place that feels like home. Annie and Dave’s property is one of those special places. Their home is nestled at the back of a quiet cul-de-sac with a breathtaking view of the mountains and water. The space was incredibly clean with all of the amenities to make you feel welcome. You are close to The Spit and all of the activities that Homer has to offer. We slept like a dream in their comfortable beds, and the blackout shades helped keep out the midnight sun. The bathrooms and kitchen were incredibly clean and well stocked. The laundry facilities were perfect. We would highly recommend their property.
Beautiful home in a serene setting. Views of the bay were simply stunning!!

The manor was the first home built on a cul de sac in a new development in Homer.
It is a 1-2 mile walk to get to the downtown businesses. Otherwise, you will need a car to get around. There are a few taxi companies in town, but you won't find either Uber or Lyft here in Homer.
