Evelyn has a beautiful house with a big garden. Unfortunately, I genuinely can't recommend it for long-time stays and/or people who are working. The noise is too much. You hear every word of a conversation made in the living room beneath your room. You can even hear the snoring of your neighbor. My stay was also shadowed by maintenance work. Which was fine with me but not that the water went cold for almost two weeks. I had to go to a hotel gym to take a shower. Hopefully, the next guest will have a better experience. Keep in mind that you're not allowed to use the kitchen. The photos of the misleading. Evelyn provides basics as a kettle and a microwave. I wish Evelyn the best but she needs to work on her whole concept as an Airbnb stay. So that guests feel welcomed, and safe and that their basic needs are provided as a warm shower and a cooking place.

I spent 3 months with Evelyn and I will do it again when I am back in Ireland. The farm is beautiful, clean and quiet. It's super quick to get to the supermarket or town by car. There is also a bus! If you need a snack in the evening, you can be in Carrignavar in 5 minutes. You can really relax at Evelyn's without being disturbed by car noises or the hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of storage space and the communal rooms are clean and inviting. Evelyn makes sure that you want for nothing. She is always there for you and is on hand with help and advice (especially insider tips for travelling in Ireland). I am a student myself and felt so comfortable with Evelyn from day one that I didn't feel homesick and the farm became my second home. I can recommend this AirBnB to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming (FOR ALL!) home whilst in Ireland. The three months really helped me to escape the stress of everyday life and recharge my batteries. I will be back next year.

Evelyn is an amazing individual. The house was clean! Room was clean. People are friendly. If you love staying near the countryside this is perfect for you.

I had nothing but a great experience and a comfortable stay with a super wonderful host who does the best to make sure you have a great stay also very accommodating I'd recommend this place to anyone.
