My family & I have stayed at Justin's place 2 years in a row and hopefully we will be back next year! We love staying here when we're in the area for the annual Floatzilla! We usually have 7 of us and the space is plenty big and accommodating. The parking in back and garage is really nice since we always have 7 kayaks too!

Justin is a very responsive host, replying to questions within 5 minutes or so. The property was as described and met expectations. Lots of stairs but I knew that going in.

Great place to stay if you have kids, so much room! After a long car ride kids needed some time away from each other and this is the perfect place for that. Garage was a great bonus. Kitchen had everything you might need for pretty much anything you would like to make. Designated Historic district of 550 houses is an up and coming area and beautiful to see happening. Easy access to everything we wanted to do in the Quad Cities. We would gladly stay again.
