The place is disgusting. If there is an option to rate a negative score, I will definitely give a negative 10 or more. Let’s start with the flat. The moment that I opened it, my goodness, it smelled like it wasn’t cleaned for a very long time. The host claimed that there was just a group that stayed there for 5 days and that the cleaner cleaned the place before we arrived. The fridge had leftover food, kitchen utensils were disgusting, rusting, stinky and looked like they were never washed. Everything was thrown everywhere. Dirty rugs, dirty floor. The bedroom, where you expect you could rest well was equally disappointing. Beddings were not changed, the bed looked like it was used for more than 10 years. Towels were used. The bathroom was extremely dirty and stinky. The bowl was yellow and no sign that it was cleaned the day before. There was an open part of the ceiling that exposes the plumbing, which was really scary. That was the same with the powder room. Let’s talk about the host. At first, he was very polite and accommodating, I give him credit for that. He would reach out and check on you before your check in. Until i complained about his apartment. He requested for a photo of the place, and i sent him a video. He said it was acceptable. Seriously?!?!?! Is that his standards of hygiene?!?! I said no and I wanted a refund. He then requested for a zoom call. I even used my zoom meeting id, which is not a big deal. Over zoom, he was more upset than me. He was raising his voice at me and telling him im causing problems. I told him i cant stay at this place as this is not what you described your place and what the reviews are. I understand that it’s low-priced, but it’s not even humanly acceptable. He offered to have it cleaned. I cant! My goodness, it needs to be listed out of airbnb so as not to mislead other people. He agreed to proceed with refund and told me my expectations were high. I told him i was expecting basic cleanliness and his apartment is way below the basic expectations. He even sent me messages about his achievements. I dont care! I didnt book airbnb to know his achievement. I booked for a place where i can comfortably rest. He initiated a refund, which did not include the charges airbnb took from it. I then reported the isssue to airbnb, they called me, i sent them the videos of the apartment. They responded that the claim is valid and issued me the remaining amount. Which proves that my claim is true and not just my expectations were high. I then had to book somewhere else which caused me double to cost.

We stayed at Dr Mohan's place for 5 days and it was really homey. The place is very nice, it's near the grocery and department store where you can easily grab anything you need. The building is very secured and quiet, you can really relax and rest well. Mr. Mohad is very accommodating and a professional person. He makes sure that we have everything we need and our concerns are taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Mohan's place especially for small families.

Amazing property - too many positives to list our. Dr. Mohan is a great host - property was nice and clean, check in process was smooth - well furnished - love the massage chair - ground floor makes it easy access - Al Hamra mall with shophouses and eating was opposite the property, connected to public transport - car parking and gas station is nearby --... so much more Highly recommend to any folks looking to book the property. You won't be disappointed

My friends and I stayed in Dr. Mohan's flat for 2 nights, the place is awesome and i like how the flat has complete kitchen amenities. The balcony is overlooking a golf course and location is very convenient l, just next to Al Hamra Mall. Dr. Mohan is also very nice host as he always keep on checking up on us and giving suggestions where to eat and what activities we can do in the area. What i love the most is the massage chair, I can spend all day there. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks
