The instructions were very simple, and we were not expected to take trash out, strip beds, clean sinks/shower/tub/toilet, etc. Made it a quick and easy check-out process!

Older 3 bedroom 1 bath house with a huge backyard. Easy access with ramp for people that have a hard time climbing steps. I love the fact that Mrs Delores had everything labeled. When you first walk in there is an old house smell but goes away quickly, the place was clean & organized except the bathroom could have used a better cleaning. Every room has a closet filled with extra bedding supplies. The only issue we had was we couldn’t get the tv to work, I had to use screen mirror to watch movies from my phone. Ms Delores was very helpful in trying to figure out the tv situation but was unsuccessful.

Cute and comfortable, this home was perfect for our family who was in Richmond for a swim meet. It was convenient and easy to find, there was space to cook and eat together, and it was quiet so my kids could get the rest they needed to compete.

Had a great stay! A couple of my friends and I came into Richmond for Galaxycon. Delores was a wonderful woman who made sure we had everything we needed. I definitely would stay here again!
