Beach Easy is a beautiful single family rental home in Ocean Isle Beach that is perfect for the ultimate family vacation. A lot of thought was put into the design and decoration of this home which offers a reverse floor plan with kitchen, dining and living room upstairs to maximize views. Downstairs there is a second living room with a foosball and shuffle board table, another master suite with a king sized bed with private full bathroom, a bunk room with 3 bunk beds (6 single beds total) and full bathroom, and a 5th bedroom with a queen sized bed and full bathroom. Also on this floor you will find a half bath and laundry room. On the ground level, there is a half bathroom and extra refrigerator in the hallway leading the backyard. There you will find a nice Tiki bar with sink and mini fridge, which overlooks a large sparkling saltwater pool and spa. The spa heater is on a timer which will heat up within 10-15 minutes, and is a great way to relax in the evenings. You can watch the outdoor TV from the bar or while floating in the pool. Besides the pool and spa, there is a gas grill as well as a sizeable backyard perfect to play cornhole and other games to keep you busy when you aren't at the beach! There is an elevator on the ground floor that accesses every level. Kitchen amenities include a Keurig, blender, mixer, crockpot, and a toaster, In the garage, there are 3 bicycles, plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc. Come see what all Beach Easy has to offer! Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk. Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool. The pool is open year round, however, there is an optional fee of $150 a day to heat the pool between April 1 and October 31. If you want to heat the pool, it can only be heated for the ENTIRETY of your stay, meaning you can NOT pick and choose certain days you want it heated, it has to be for the entire time you're there. The fee must be paid in full at least one week prior to your check-in day, and NO refunds will be given due to bad weather or any other reason. Guests are NOT allowed to adjust the temperature or tamper with the pool equipment. Pools are heated to 84 degrees max. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump does and typically the pump does not run at night due to timers. **PLEASE NOTE: If you booked PRIOR to March 17, 2024, your reservation does NOT include towels and linens. If you’d like to add them for an additional fee, please contact us. Otherwise, you can bring your own or rent through a third party. If you booked or are booking AFTER March 17, 2024, whole house towels and linens ARE included in your reservation as part of your cleaning fee and also includes bed making.** (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens and towels) The cleaning fee on your Airbnb reservation does include whole house bed linens and bath towels, as well as bed making. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.* We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
