Everything about this property was top notch and it deserves 5 stars. The home is beautiful and highly upgraded. The location is great and the housie has plenty of cooking utensils, bedding, pillows, EVERYTHING. one of the best equipped rentals we have ever used. The only reason it is getting 3 stars is because the owners of the home actively monitor the outdoor cameras while guests are there.. there are quite a few of them and not just on the entrances but covering 360 degrees outside the home. We got a call from the homeowner asking us to turn off the water jets into he pool and another time we wanted to come home to a cool house so we left the thermostat at 75 and the homeowner, while we were gone, turned the nest thermostat up to 80 because they saw we left on the camera. I think it is super creepy to have people actively watching me, my wife, and my kids while we are using the home. This made us super uncomfortable and made us not want to use the pool area or any of the outside space. I understand having cameras for security in case of break-ins, etc., but to actively monitor and watch your guests is inappropriate IMO. Super disappointing as we LOVE the home itself and would have loved to stay here many more times. we go to Havasu 3-4 times every summer with our boat. If you don't mind being watched on camera you will love this house, it is beautiful inside and out!

I have to begin my review by saying, Evolve’s home was absolutely everything we could ask for during our stay. Our group of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our time in Havasu and felt like we were at home, for the entire stay. First our communication with the host was very thorough and descriptive, they made sure that all instructions were clear and concise from check in to check out. The home was clean, and even exceeded my expectations with brand new appliances and a great backyard/patio-pool area. Location is central to all of the local shopping, restaurants and activities and the neighborhood is quiet and neighbors were very friendly. If you’re contemplating a trip and are looking for a great time then look no further.
