Reformed two bedroom ground floor apartment situated within a few minutes walk of Cabo Roig's restaurants and bars and is only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Cabo Roig beach. The front terrace catches the evening sun and is just right for drinks before dinner. The rear garden with BBQ is an ideal place to breakfast or dine alfresco during the summer evenings. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second has twin beds which can be made into a double if required. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, large fitted wardrobes and drawer space. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need should you wish to cook in. To the rear of this is a small laundry area leading to the garden. The gated communal pool is within a minute of the apartment. There are many golf courses in the area, the closest being Las Ramblas and Real De Campoamor, not much further away you will find Campo de Golf Villamartin, Las Colinas and La Finca which are all a short drive away. Why not take the hastle of brining your own golf clubs and just use on the of the local hire companies. Online tee times are available to enable you to plan your activities before you set off on your holiday. There are many lovely beaches in the area with good facilities such as bars, sun loungers and toilets. Some have pedalos and inflatables for hire. Cabo Roig Beach is approximately a 10 minute walk away where you will find a beach bar, sun loungers and toilets. Most of the beaches have good facilities so try them all and find the best one for you. At Mil Palmeras they have inflatables in the sea.

Great location for the Cabo roig strip-5 min walk! Sorry but as an Airbnb host myself I don’t agree with the €70 euro CASH cleaning fee way too expensive on top of Airbnb fees

Lors de notre arrivée, l’hôte nous a demandé de payer la somme de 60€ en espèces correspondant à des frais de nettoyage et blanchisserie sans justificatif de paiement. Cependant la douche de la salle de bain n’était pas propre (tâches de moisissure, joint de la porte de douche sale). Il y avait des fourmis dans la cuisine et le salon ainsi que de la poussière au sol. Nous avons trouvé des ustensiles de cuisine mal nettoyés. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter des terrasses extérieures car il y avait une présence d’odeur d’urine et d’excréments de chats, trop importante. La temporisation d’une durée de deux heures pour les climatisations des chambres nous a obligé à devoir nous réveiller lla nuit pour les ré enclencher. L’hôte n’a pas répondu aux signalements réalisés concernant la propreté. Nous avons nettoyé nous mêmes la douche, la cuisine et salon. La literie était de mauvaise qualité (ressenti des ressorts lors du sommeil).

La casa esta apartada, es una zona tranquila. Echamos de menos algún electrodoméstico como por ejemplo una batidora. La casa no es muy calurosa y la piscina de la comunidad queda a unos pocos metros, del mar estas a un kilómetro y medio. Los puntos negativos es que te cobran 60 euros de limpieza y nos la encontramos no tan limpia como esperabamos. Nos toco fumigar varios días la cocina ya que aparecían cucarachas constantemente.

Great ground floor apartment, 4steps to front door. It has comfy beds, new bed linen and towels, easy communication with the owner, who met us on the day. Only a 4 minutes walk from main strip in Cabo Roig, however a lovey quiet location, good wifi, TV in living area and bedroom. The communual swimming pool is 1 minute away. Beach is about a 12 minute walk and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, if you fancy a longer walk, go to the largest shopping centre in Spain at Zenia Boulvard only 2km from apartment, about 35 minute walk. We will return, with our grand children, great spot for families.
